This October, Alicia Von Bokel, Performance Manager at Maritz, attended Digital Dealer and led the well-received speaking session "Response Robot or Lead Detective: What Makes Up Your BDC/Internet Department?" where she gave real examples of lead responses from dealers she's worked with, along with identifying the areas of improvement in each one. Audience members had signs that indicated good and bad responses, so they could play along and engage with the content.

Following that live speaking session, Alicia followed up with a webinar with Digital Dealer titled "From Robots to Detectives: How to Elevate Your Team's Internet Sales Success," which was a follow-up message to her live session. 

During both sessions Alicia demonstrated how to close more sales by investigating lead details within CRMs. Additionally, the presentations reviewed the following:

  1. Why a "one size fits all" response strategy cannot produce replies and responses.
  2. How to become a Lead Detective and gain insight into the strategies and CRM tricks that will maximize contact and engagement rates with leads.
  3. Getting to know your Lead Sources better. They are not all the same! Each one offers something unique to your customers, and AI can't always do the job.

Alicia’s ultimate goal: Instill each participant with a sense of agency to take on a Lead Detective role.
