HOW DO I ENROLL MY DEALER?

IS THE PROGRAM IMR TURNKEY?
Yes, it is. Dealers can also enroll via their LMA if the LMA chooses to go forward with the program.

HOW CAN A DEALER ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?
Maritz contracts directly with the dealer and will send a confirmation email to get them started via either direct invoice or iMR Turnkey.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH TEMPLATES AND WORKFLOWS?
Yes, we can assist with workflow development and templates. Our ultimate goal is to drive lead management mastery with our dealers, so we like to show stores how to implement these improvements in our videos.

HOW LONG IS THE AGREEMENT WITH MARITZ?
Our agreement is for 12 months with an opt-out after 6 months.

HOW CAN A DEALER CANCEL THE PROGRAM?
Dealers can cancel the program by emailing their Performance Manager.

DO YOU OFFER A DATA-SHARING AGREEMENT?
Yes, we can provide one on request.

WHAT TYPE OF CRM ACCESS DO YOU REQUIRE?
We need view- and edit-level access to customers, reports and workflows.


IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF THE DEALER ENROLLS VIA THEIR LMA?
The pricing is consistent between the LMA pricing and direct invoice pricing.

HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEOS?
Videos are no longer than 10 to 15 minutes in length.
