Maritz Automotive Headlining Cadillac Next Level Leads U.S. Roadshow

Maritz Automotive and the Cadillac Next Level Leads Workshop series aim to provide dealers with a roadmap to keep shoppers on the right path—the path to purchase.

What is Cadillac Next Level Leads?

Cadillac Next Level Leads is a highly interactive, cutting-edge workshop that gives GM and Cadillac dealers direct access to industry-leading experts like Maritz Automotive. Event attendees will gain data-driven insights, discover the latest customer shopping trends and tactics, and explore the numerous optimization tools that have been proven to convert more digital and phone leads to sales.

Maritz Automotive's Digital Experience experts will be conducting sessions throughout the summer-long U.S. tour. These sessions cover techniques that improve lead-management efforts relative to the typical (and even atypical) customer journey. Additionally, the Maritz Automotive team will discuss their Cadillac Leads Execution Excellence (LEE) program, which coaches and trains dealers' salespeople to better understand the "lead behind the lead."

By fully understanding their leads – where they originate, what they're requesting, the "hidden" intent, etc. – Cadillac and GM dealers can eliminate canned email responses and build robust follow-up strategies that foster better dealer-consumer relationships and immediately improve close rates. Not only do these strategies drive sales in the now, but they also enable dealers to gain competitive long-term advantages, such as better customer retention rates, increased fixed-ops opportunities and more positive online reviews.
